Team Lead, Technical Services

They are seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of Triage Intake Analysts working in the Pune, India office. This role involves mentorship, performance management, operational oversight, and quality assurance to ensure efficient vulnerability report intake and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a security-related domain.
• Good understanding of the bug bounty landscape and vulnerability disclosure ecosystem.
• Background in web application security, bug bounty, or vulnerability triage is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and basic security tools (e.g., Burp Suite).
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed or shift-based teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
