Job Description
This Director of Finance role at Hadley Designs is focused on building scalable financial systems and models to support growth. The role requires a data-driven leader who can manage budgets, forecast revenue, lead forecasting, build automation, and optimize financial processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and collaborate across teams to drive profitability and ensure a robust financial operation.
Requirements
- Deliver accurate and insightful monthly financial statements.
- Manage a weekly-updated 12-month rolling cash forecast.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.
- Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows.
- Drive profit optimization across departments.
- Manage accounts receivable, cash flow, compliance, payroll, and tax.
