The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplaces, a proven track record of scaling revenue and profitability, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools
• Collaborative, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement
