Senior Project Manager

Hadley Designs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the effectiveness of their product launch engine. The role requires strong judgment, ability to proactively identify risks, and implement process improvements. The Senior Project Manager will own the reliability, clarity, and execution of the product engine, leading cross-functional teams to ensure product launches happen on time, with high quality, and with clear communication across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or program management, especially within fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong collaborator, comfortable collaborating across all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, proficient in modern project management and documentation tools
• Adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced environments and ambiguous situations
• Accountable, motivated by ownership and accountability
• Detail-oriented, able to pay attention to every detail and understand how small things can impact the bigger picture
