Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We are hiring a Process Engineer - Manufacturing, Special Projects to join our Factories as a Service team, which analyzes customers' production and supply chain challenges, builds data-driven presentations, and designs factories of the future.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
- Comfortable reading mechanical drawings and applying DFM principles
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work hands-on
- Interest in building modern manufacturing systems and processes
- Willingness to travel (~25%) for site visits and vendor interaction
