Job Description
Haeger & Carlsson is looking for highly qualified candidates for a consultancy assignment as Head of Strategic Business Development, with a proven track record in managing M&A transactions within the in vitro diagnostics field.
Requirements
- Proven track-record of identifying, structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships, M&A transactions, or licensing deals, preferably with global diagnostic players
- Strong industry network within the in vitro diagnostics field
- Solid understanding of the in vitro diagnostic market, including workflows within the laboratory sector
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership teams, board of directors and investors
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
