Partnership Lead - Stockholm

We are recruiting a business-driven Partnership Lead on behalf of one of the world's most successful pharmaceutical companies to strengthen the company's collaborations and partnerships with private actors in the treatment of obesity.

Requirements

• Lead partnership work: Coordinate the partner team, drive focus, and create full alignment around goals, priorities, and activities.
• Plan and implementation: Develop and own the strategic/operational partner plan for obesity and ensure integration with the company's other plans.
• Governance: Lead and develop internal and external governance forums for partnerships, including KPI tracking and compliance.
• Pharmacy partnerships: Initiate and drive innovative projects with strategic pharmacy partners, in line with the brand strategy for obesity and to realize the value of the portfolio.
• Private healthcare partners: Build long-term, trustworthy relationships with prioritized private healthcare providers (HCOs) to enable sales and establish the company as a preferred partner in improved obesity care.
• Business development: Analyze the pharmacy/private market, identify growth opportunities, and drive business and channel development.
• Insights: Support the collection of market and customer insights on the private market and translate them into clear recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Actively contribute to cross-functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Patient Engagement, Legal/Compliance, etc.) for integrated activities.
• Broadened partnerships: Explore partnerships beyond the healthcare system to enable holistic, high-quality care for people with obesity.
