Händlerbund is seeking a passionate and open-minded Lawyer/Legal Consultant to join their team. The role involves providing legal advice and solutions, participating in the implementation of legal products, and contributing to legal certainty in online commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, analytical skills, and a desire to work in an innovative industry.

Requirements

• At least the first state examination in law
• Experience in distance selling law, contract law, industrial property law, labeling requirements for goods and data protection law (ideally)
• Interest in legal tech and e-commerce/IT law
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Basic understanding of technical connections
• Teamwork skills and communication skills
• Confident German skills in spoken and written language (min. C1)
