Customer Service Specialist

Häfele America is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide world-class support to clients and internal employees. The role involves receiving and answering customer inquiries, providing solutions to client issues, and performing clerical duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (preferred)
• One to two years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret office procedures
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to requests from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages)
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
