HR Business Partner Plant Manufacturing

The HR Business Partner Plant Manufacturing will provide day-to-day HR support to production managers and implement HR policies and processes within the manufacturing site. The role requires autonomy, execution speed, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic setting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Practical mindset, flexibility, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital HR tools
• Experience in structured manufacturing organizations
• Knowledge of SAP HR or other HRIS systems
• Experience in dealing with labor unions or external stakeholders
