Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Very good MS Office knowledge and affinity for IT applications, SAP HRP, PeopleDoc UKG, and SuccessFactors (desired)
• Good knowledge of M+E and chemical collective agreements (desired)
• Fluent German skills & good English skills (A2/B1)
• Process thinking and methodical competence
• Responsibility in handling sensitive data and entrepreneurial thinking as well as high commitment
