Junior Material Planner

Haigh-Farr is seeking an entry-level Material Planner to assist with creating kits for production orders, submit RFQ's, and coordinate receiving parts to validate on-time delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Assist with creating kits for all Production orders including the Machine Shop.
• Assist Material Manager with submitting RFQ’s for parts as needed.
• Enter required product information as necessary
• Coordination of receiving parts to validate on-time delivery to customers.
• Ability to move materials between manufacturing departments.
• Monitor all chemicals and document expiration dates.
• Enter Serial Numbers in system, expedite shortages, perform cycle counts, and stage material.
• Other duties as assigned.
