Full Stack Engineer

At Haiilo, we're building a digital home where employees receive information efficiently. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll help integrate our platform with various tools, shaping seamless data, content, and workflow flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-stack experience with strong backend skills (Java + Spring Boot) and solid frontend experience (TypeScript, ideally Angular)
• Very good English proficiency for effective collaboration in an international environment
• Experience with Docker and cloud-based architectures
• Knowledge of SQL and/or MongoDB
• Confidence in making architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and solving problems proactively
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows, testing practices, and building maintainable, high-quality systems
