Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional and friendly support to customers at their Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or inside sales
- Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think through complex or unfamiliar issues
- Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and a service-oriented tone in every interaction
- Effective use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet to address issues and find practical solutions
- Ability to build influential relationships and trust with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication
- Passion for greatness and commitment to strong values and integrity
- Ability to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co-workers
- Ability to learn and operate the computer-related systems used to process orders
