Profit Center Manager

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Profit Center Manager to lead their Lansdale, PA location. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, high standard of integrity, and natural leadership skills. They will be responsible for planning, directing, and leading all business operations at the Profit Center, achieving sales and profit goals, and building relationships in the community.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of sales and service experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market preferred
• Ability to drive for company business
• Excellent people skills, sound business judgment, and capacity for continued growth and contributions to the Company
• Effective use of Microsoft Office software
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to build positive, influential relationships with customers and vendors
• Ability to interpret financial report data and adjust business plans accordingly
