Hajoca Corporation is one of the country’s largest privately-held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies. We are looking for a Sales & Service Supervisor at our Manassas, VA location. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, leadership qualities, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Supervise a team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives
- Provide training and guidance to Inside and Outside Sales teams
- Work with Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets
- Serve as an escalated point of contact for customers with inquiries or concerns
- Grow and retain an established customer base and develop new business
- Meet or exceed the Profit Center’s monthly required GP targets
- Assist customers in all aspects of their orders
- Investigate and resolve customer problems
- Support all Sales activities and all Profit Center activities
- Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer’s business
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned
