Maui Hawaii Farm Manager- Organic fish poultry & vegetable farm, Must be on Maui

This organic farm in Maui, Hawaii is seeking a passionate Farm General Manager to lead its team towards sustainable agriculture. The role involves overseeing daily farm operations, maintaining organic certification, managing staff, and implementing effective team-building strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organic practices and a commitment to regenerative agriculture.

Requirements

• Current residency on Maui, HI is required
• 4-year Bachelor's degree in horticulture, environmental science, ecology, biology, zoology, geology, business, or related field
• 5+ years of farm management experience
• 3-5+ years of poultry (duck/chicken) farming experience
• Introductory experience in mycology
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Office products
• Valid Hawai'i Driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
