Job Description
Halifax Regional Municipality is seeking a full-time Administrative Support person for the Corporate Fleet team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, task-driven, and organized, with prior fleet or garage experience. The role provides administrative support for the Emergency Fleet Maintenance team, including creating work orders, scheduling jobs, and processing vendor invoices.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma in Office Administration from a recognized educational institution
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience, preferably in a fleet operation
