Staff Technical Program Manager

Halo Industries seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the development and deployment of its production tooling, executing the company's strategic roadmap and optimizing program execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering product development
• 3+ years in technical program/project management within the capital equipment or related industries
• Experience leading teams of 5–10+ engineers and external partners
• Experience delivering complex hardware systems to production
