Lead Supplier Quality Engineer

Halter is searching for a Lead Supply Quality Engineer to ensure that every component in our supply chain is delivered at quality and on time. The role involves implementing statistical process control methods, auditing compliance with quality requirements, and working with suppliers to achieve required outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality management for high-volume manufacturing
• Committed to personal development and staying current with relevant industry standards, methods, and trends
• Proven experience in responding to and resolving quality issues rapidly
• Demonstrated first principles thinking and ability to hone in on the most important issues
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred)
• Relevant quality-related qualifications such as ASQ certification
• Willing to travel regularly around APAC (25%+ of your time)
• A commitment to personal development and staying current with relevant industry standards, methods, and trends
