We're looking for a motivated and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce and Go-To-Market team. The role involves onboarding and supporting users, maintaining data quality, and understanding areas that users may be struggling with or enhancements that could be made to unlock our high-performing teams even more with the use of Salesforce.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data management best practices, including imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data integrity.
- Proven ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business insights and decision making.
- Comfortable managing user onboarding, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining system hygiene.
- Confident supporting and training end users, with clear communication and a focus on adoption and ease of use.
- Ambition to get hands on, implement improvements, and suggest upgrades to our wider team.
- Ability to maintain a knowledgebase of resources and document new or existing features in a clear and thoughtful way.
