Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to match purchase orders and receiving documents to invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and perform other clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with ERP-integrated accounts payable systems.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• AA or BS degree in finance, accounting, or similar field preferred
• 3-4 years of industry experience preferably with a manufacturing company
• Accounting background
• Understanding of inventory and expense transactions
• Sales & Use Tax and Form 1099 reporting compliance issues
• ERP-integrated accounts payable systems experience
• Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, skills
