Norion Bank Group is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager to drive the group's strategic direction and coordination within marketing and communication, while leading and developing the marketing work for Norion Bank.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing work in an equivalent role, preferably within B2B.
- Documented experience of strategic brand work on company or group level.
- Experience of developing and implementing marketing plans on brand level
- Experience of leading teams and cooperating with external agencies.
- Good knowledge and experience of PR, events, and strategic partnerships, and to clearly link the activities to business and brand goals.
- Good understanding of digital channels and relevant systems such as CMS, CRM, project tools, and analysis tools.
- Experience of driving digital initiatives and following up results and making data-driven decisions.
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Post-secondary education in marketing/communication, university or YH.
- Experience from bank, finance, or other regulated business is highly desirable
- Personal qualities such as self-motivation, structure, and proactivity, communicative leadership, and business-orientation are required.
