Rybrinks is looking for an Operational Sales Manager to drive expansion into new markets and build long-term partnerships with customers. The role involves building and implementing sales strategies, personnel responsibility for the sales team, and customer responsibility for larger key customers such as ICA.
Requirements
- Building, implementing, and following up on sales strategies according to the business plan
- Personnel responsibility for the KAM team, Sales Coordinator, and field salespeople via Team Lead
- Personal customer responsibility for larger key customers such as ICA
- Developing existing customers and processing new business
- Participating in budget and forecast work
- Responsibility for customer agreements and commercial terms
- Contributing to the development of sales processes, system support, and working methods
- Industry monitoring and expansion into new markets
- Ensuring that the team delivers against growth targets and profitability
- Explaining the business value of new brands and products to customers
