Head of Events and Experiences

We're looking for a strategic and creative leader to drive Hampshire Cultural Trust's events and experiences. This is a senior role with particular focus on Milestones Museum and The Great Hall, where programming and commercial innovation will be central to our growth, alongside the live performance programme across our arts centres and The Arc.

Requirements

• Extensive experience creating and delivering large scale public events
• Experience in heritage, cultural, commercial, or live performance settings
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Commercial innovation and audience engagement
