Job Description
Recertification Specialist will oversee recertification process for HUD subsidized senior apartment building and Rent Stabilized LIHTC Property, communicating with tenants and staff to maintain premises. Responsibilities include annual recertification, maintaining files, and submitting reports.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalency
- Computer literate
- Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and HUD Regulations
- Ability to accurately and consistently maintain logs and write reports
- Knowledge of DHCR Rules and Regulations
