Job Description
We are seeking a real estate loan closer with expertise and experience on the title side. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong time management skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a real estate closing environment processing files (law firm or title company in Virginia or North Carolina)
- Experience with Qualia is a highly desired
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Customer Service & Retail experience is favorable
- Transaction Coordination experience with a real estate agent is a plus
