Hanna Interpreting Services is seeking freelance interpreters for a 1099 Independent Contractor role. The company connects bilingual/multilingual individuals with potential interpreter or translator opportunities, bridging communication gaps for those in need. As an independent contractor, interpreters set their own availability and accept appointments based on their schedule.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and target language with a comprehensive understanding of idiomatic speech and cultural patterns.
• Previous interpreting experience, preferably in medical, legal, or educational settings.
• Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in the workplace.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work in different settings and adapt to various work environments.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the US
• High level of adaptability and communication skills.
