Requirements
- 5+ years as an executive or personal assistant to high-level executives.
- Experience in property or office management is a plus.
- Superior ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar/email management software.
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve independently.
