Job Description
HappyCo is hiring a SMB Sales Manager to lead a team of Regional Account Executives while also carrying a personal quota. The role requires 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales success and 2+ years of experience managing inside sales/SMB AE teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales success
- 2+ years of experience managing inside sales/SMB AE teams
- Deep comfort running a 60–90 day sales cycle
- Experience selling SaaS and Mobile solutions with an ACV of $10K–$30K ARR (or similar ACV/ARR range)
- Strong capability to prospect, manage inbound, deliver crisp demos, and close
- Proven excellence with Zoom demos
- Experience selling workflow / operational software across a variety of businesses
- Tool proficiency is a must: online dialers, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar), Gong, Outreach (or equivalent)
