The role involves coordinating across teams, managing priorities, and improving operational rigor to support the founders in building the company.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience at a leading management consulting firm or in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- High ownership mentality — you see problems and fix them without being asked
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
- Low ego, high hunger, and genuinely excited about startups and early-stage companies
