The Senior Manager, Group Strategy will assist the Divisional Vice President of Group Strategy and senior strategists in research, development, and integration of future strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment of departments and addressing key strategic opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- Serve as an internal consultant for key business leaders
- Manage initiatives across various areas, including projects such as deep dives into specific business areas, expansion opportunities, and external vendor assessment and management
- Identify whitespace growth opportunities and develop plans for executive initiatives
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of a documented multi-year strategy roadmap
- Anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans
- Execute ad hoc projects and/or discrete analyses, present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business
