Maintenance Technician

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the operational aspects of assigned properties and meet company goals. The role involves performing general maintenance, responding to resident service requests, and keeping amenity areas clean and operable.

Requirements

• Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting
• Appliance service and repair are a plus
• HVAC certification is highly preferred
• Apartment maintenance experience ideal
• Must be available for on-call work
