Job Description
Harbor is seeking a Contracts Counsel to join their growing team within the Vendor Governance Solutions (VGS) team. The role involves managing contracts through key milestones, redlining legal language, engaging with stakeholders, and assisting with vendor management. This is a fully remote position with no travel involved.
Requirements
- Manage administration of contracts.
- Redline and edit contract language.
- Assist with first level legal review.
- Engage with departmental leaders.
- Gather all contracts.
- Determine contract terms and conditions.
- Draft standard agreement templates.
- Support Vendor Governance process.
- Maintain contact with key stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive planning and contract management meetings.
