Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Proven success in retail banking, with a strong focus on relational sales and customer service
- A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role with external sales responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of consumer and small business banking products
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
