Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis

- Proficient in HR information systems, compensation analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
