Maintenance Toolmaker

Join Harley-Davidson as a Maintenance Toolmaker in York, PA. Support production operations, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, and perform repairs. Must have experience in tool and die making, machine repair, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Requirements

• Journeyperson Card or 7 years of experience in tool and die making, machine repair, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Basic understanding of CNC control and machine assembly
• Ability to read and utilize prints of machine assembly, layouts, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience in performing basic machine/fixture alignment using precision instruments
• Good understanding of tool room equipment, operations associated with drilling, milling, surface grinding, and lathe operations
• Experience in maintaining mechanical dies, presses, and basic welding
• Ability to make minor alterations to existing tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gages
