- Expertise in Project Management Methodology
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity
- Experience in a corporate setting and comfort interacting with people at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Confidence working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience working in a distributed multi-national team environment
- Experience envisioning solutions making up corporate legal and compliance technology landscape
- Proven ability to creatively solve business problems using technology solutions and processes
