Job Description
HARMAN is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the Supply Chain organization, overseeing end-to-end operations and driving strategic operating plans to support business objectives and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Distribution/Logistics
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
- Highly proficient with ERP systems (ie, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
