Job Description
HARMAN is looking for an Engineer, Requirement Management to join their team. As part of this role, you will collect, structure and monitor stakeholder requirements during the complete lifecycle processes. The position will ensure data maintenance in Requirements Management tools and measure and report process performance based on defined KPIs.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience working with or for a Japanese automotive supplier / carmaker
