Requirements
- Draws up communication objectives that contribute to the brand, category, product and MCI (Mission Critical Initiatives) goals
- Undertakes the appropriate actions in order to meet the goals
- Streamlines the Marketing & Communication material development
- Educates and informs regional marketing teams of the marketing communication strategies
- Is in regular contact with key stakeholders to understand market needs
- Managers creative agencies and creates new marketing tools in line with the market and technological development to produce effective marketing materials
- Assures that all materials created are available and communicated to regional marketing managers (where necessary kept in the MarCom bank)
- In regular contact with key stake holders to understand areas of improvement
- Continuously analyze & review current work set up to develop and implement more effective and cost-efficient processes
- Regularly benchmarks to ensure vendors and agencies are delivering efficiently, effectively and in-line with the market
