Requirements
- BSEE / BSME
- 7+ years in supply chain/supplier management with proven and significant results
- Headphone manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Strong hands-on knowledge in the use of quality tools and methods; Six Sigma preferred
- Strong electronics background in audio/video technology and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in production process control and cosmetic and finish requirements
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and influence skills
- Excellent bilingual ability in Chinese and English, verbal and written
- Customer focus with urgency, responsiveness, and initiative to action
- Data and fact-driven with strong analytical skills
- Results-driven and strives to meeting or exceeding goals and objectives
- Strong team player and builds trust and confidence with direct reports, internal teams, and suppliers
