VP, Divisional Head of Product and Innovation

HARMAN is seeking a VP, Divisional Head of Product and Innovation for Automotive. The role involves leading a team to shape a resilient, user-centric, and strategically aligned product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and profitable execution of electronics and software products, and experience in building and scaling product organizations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in launching and profitable execution of electronics and software products
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product portfolios across multiple business units
• Deep knowledge of cost structure and revenue streams in various industries to achieve profitable growth
• Experience in building and scaling product organizations, including setting up governance, tools, and best practices
• Strong demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrix of global, cross-functional organizations
• Results and detail oriented, holds him/herself and others accountable for commitments
• Effective communication skills including C-Level
• Willing to travel domestic and international travel when needed
• Willing to work in an office in North America or Germany or India
