Marketing Manager, Lighting & Performance Audio

HARMAN Professional Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Lighting & Performance Audio department in Hemel Hempstead, UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in the live events sector and a strong passion for marketing. The role will involve determining, overseeing, and executing all marketing activity for HARMAN Professional Solution’s product categories in the live performance space across EMEA.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of solid marketing experience
• Strong industry experience and an established network within the live performance sector
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline
• Commercially astute and able to think strategically
• Agile and confident, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Collaborative team player with strong project management, organization, and delivery skills
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and confident using insights to inform decisions
