Business Operations Analyst

Harmonic is a startup building advanced mathematical reasoning engines, recently achieving Gold Medal-level performance. They are seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst to build the operational engine of the company, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities, and designing systems to scale efficiently. This role will focus on financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
• Develop and own the financial reporting cadence, build robust processes to track KPIs, and manage core business operations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Sales to streamline cross-functional workflows.
• Build the operational backbone for our marketing and PR function.
• Manage vendor relationships and office operations.
