Job Description
Harness is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the definition, development, and adoption of their Internal Developer Portal. This role will involve technical leadership across multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery, and collaborating with customers and engineering to solve developer experience challenges. The company is disrupting the software delivery market with innovative solutions for building, testing, securing, and managing software delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management with enterprise SaaS / Cloud companies
- 3+ years of experience managing technical products and delivering solutions that enhance developer experience and productivity
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Internal Developer Portals, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure management (a plus)
