Requirements
- Process and administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and payment discrepancies.
- Support the onboarding process by entering new employee data into the payroll system.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review as needed.
- Assist in the year-end payroll process, including tax reporting and W-2 distribution.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure proper maintenance of payroll and employee records.
