Requirements
- Analyze and record monthly revenues for several business units;
- Extract data and reports from various systems;
- Review expense and credit card accounts to ensure proper accounting coding;
- Reconcile financial data between the various accounting systems and the business unit CRMs;
- Perform intercompany reconciliation;
- Compile the GST/QST reports;
- Prepare monthly commission reports;
- Monitor projects with the operational teams and in the accounting system;
- Balance accounts receivable auxiliaries and track accounts that needs to be collected;
- Reconcile several balance sheet accounts (deferred revenue, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, etc.);
- Complete and submit supporting documentation to the relevant portal at the end of each month;
- Assist the team in their daily work;
- Maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements;
- Confirm that transactions are properly recorded in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS15 and IFRS 16);
- Assist in preparing the audit file during the year-end audit;
