Job Description
Harrison Street is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate within its Asset Management group to assist with managing relationships with operating partners, providing analytical support for dispositions, financings, and workouts, and reviewing financial performance. The role involves allocation of time between multiple tasks and providing analytical support for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Real Estate and/or Finance preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment management, or commercial real estate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and summarize relevant conclusions
- Thorough understanding of real estate valuation process
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
