Join our passionate and supportive restaurant team as a Chef de Partie in our iconic Knightsbridge store. Act as a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Sous Chef and other team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a professional kitchen
- Strong track record of time spent within a prestigious 5* hotel or high-end restaurant
- Ability to supervise junior cooks
- Good time-management skills
- Strong customer focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good PC literacy
